FROM ADELAIDE
Take the Port Wakefield Road until reaching Port Wakefield (half way point). Carry on through PW taking
the road signposted Ardsrossan and Kadina. After about 5km take a left turn towards Ardrossan.
At the junction is Federation Park, a picnic area for rest and recuperation.
Carry Follow the coast road south towards Ardrossan - Stansbury - Edithburgh - Yorketown. After Stansbury,
heading towards Yorketown watch out for B88 road junction signposted Edithburgh - Coobowie - Wool Bay.
Take the LEFT turn towards Coobowie - Edithburgh.
Carry on into Coobowie until you arrive at a T junction. Coobowie Hotel on the right. Edithburgh
will also be sign posted to the right 5km. Ahead of you will be the town information board.
TURN LEFT at this junction onto Coobowie Beach Road towards WoolBay. Within 100 metres, on the left you will
find Coobowie General Store (open 7 days a week 7am - 8pm). Directly alongside the store are the Coobowie
Lodge Holiday Units.
From the units it is less than 2 minute walk across the road to the beach and recreation area.
Deli, petrol, LPG, fishing tackle and bait are available along with general groceries next door at the general store
