- Check in time is from 2.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made
- Check out time is 10.30am unless prior arrangements have been made
- The units are NON SMOKING for the health, safety and convenience of all visitors
- Strictly NO PETS - not even by arrangement, failure to comply results in immediate termination
of tenancy.
- We do not recommend that children under 7 occupy the top bunks.
- The number allowed to sleep in each unit is strictly as per the number of people on your letter
of confirmation.
- Letter of confirmation with 50% deposit is required to reach A. Raymond, 32 Benthall Avenue,
Oakden SA5086 within 5 days of enquiry to ensure reservation. Until reservation fee received the accomodation will
still be on offer. The balance to be paid immediately upon arrival. Deposit is non refundable and you are
recommended to take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen difficulties.
